The suspect in a Tuesday purse snatching, pictured above, is described as a white woman with long blonde hair. She was wearing a dark blue top with light blue capri leggings, pink or purple flip flops and sunglasses.
Police are hoping tips from the public will help them track down an alleged purse snatcher.
On Tuesday at about 4 p.m., police were called to a store in the 1400-block of Hillside Drive for a report of a theft.
“According to the report, a woman was shopping with her purse in the cart when she stepped away from it briefly,” RCMP Const. Crystal Evelyn said in a news release.
“Another woman allegedly took the purse from the cart, then left the store in a black quad-cab GMC Sierra pickup truck.”
