Power outage affecting 1,522 in Mount Paul, Sun Rivers, Pinantan Lake area, BC Hydro says

Power has been restored to the Mount Paul, Sun Rivers and Pinantan Lake areas, according to BC Hydro.

ORIGINAL: 2:34 p.m.

Over a thousand residents in the Mount Paul, Sun Rivers and Pinantan Lake area are without power, according to BC Hydro.

BC Hydro said the outage is affecting 1,522 customers located south of Mount Lolo Road, North of Barnhartvale Road, east of Westsyde Road and west of Pinantan Lake Road.

Power has been out since just before 2 p.m., and the cause is still under investigation.

BC Hydro said crews are on their way to the scene, and are estimated to arrive at about 3 p.m.
