Sa-Hali secondary school is reporting another COVID-19 exposure — the seventh since class resumed following Christmas break.
In a letter sent to parents on Wednesday, Sa-Hali principal Rachael Sdoutz reported a COVID-19 exposure on Tuesday. She said the person who tested positive is self-isolating at home and the school is undergoing a deep clean.
As of Wednesday, Sa-Hali is one of four Kamloops schools on Interior Health’s school exposure list.
Sa-Hali has been harder hit than any other Kamloops school in terms of COVID-19 exposures. At one point earlier this month, an estimated 80 per cent of the school’s students were at home due to multiple COVID-19 exposures.
