A sign showing plans to develop housing at Pineridge Golf Course has been erected in Dallas.
The sign, put up by the city, states a zoning amendment has been proposed to allow multiple residential units and open space. The proposed rezoning of one section of the area would allow for a strata subdivision.
The map on the sign shows a road running through the proposed subdivisions.
The sign also states a public hearing will be held on the project. It first needs to go to council who sends decisions like this to public hearings before voting on them; the next council meeting is scheduled for July 14.
The land is currently occupied by Pineridge Golf Course.
