The empty building at the corner of Third Avenue and Lansdowne Street will soon have a new occupant.
The building is undergoing renovations currently and signs out front advertise the often rumoured new tenant, a Starbucks. Previously the site had been the home for an A&W, which shut down last year.
The signs don't suggest when the new coffee shop will open, other than soon. This will bring the total number of Starbucks back up to 11, after one shut down in Sahali. That's including shops located in grocery stores and the university.
