At least one federal leader is stopping by Kamloops before the Oct. 21 election.
The Green Party's Elizabeth May is scheduled to stop in the Tournament Capital on Tuesday.
She'll be making an announcement to media at 1 p.m. before heading out for street canvassing with local candidate Iain Currie and volunteers on Victoria Street downtown. Mission-Matsqui-Fraser Canyon Green candidate (and May's husband) John Kidder will also participate.
Later in the afternoon, she'll be meeting with Tk'emlups te Secwepemc (TteS) Chief Rosanne Casimir and the TteS council.
She'll leave Kamloops around 4 p.m.
