Kamloops RCMP asking the public for help after responding to shots fired and a possible explosion early this morning.
RCMP say around 5 a.m. it responded to the 1700 block of Ord Road. When they arrived officers found a small fire burning outside a vacant home. Officers also found several shell casings.
There have been no injuries reported. Witnesses reported seeing a car leaving the area.
The file is currently under investigation and anyone with any information is asked to call the Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000 or they can report anonymously to CrimeStoppers.
