Accident victim identified

A man who died in a workplace accident in Kamloops has now been identified.

Reegan Joachim Winofsky, 23, died Monday morning while at work at Inland Glass and Aluminium.

According to the BC Coroners Service, Winofsky had a 'medical event' which left him unresponsive.

Emergency Medical Service responded to the scene, but were unable to successfully resuscitate him.

The BC Coroners Service, WorksafeBC and RCMP continue to investigate his death.
