Fernbrae Manor donates

Residence of Fernbrae Manor selected Kelowna Women’s Shelter as their charity of choice, and made a very generous donation of $1,000. The residents were so wonderful and so excited to make this contribution to a cause which is close to many of their hearts. 
 
Since 1980, Kelowna Women’s Shelter has provided emergency transitional housing, counselling, advocacy and educational support to women and their children who have experienced intimate partner violence and abuse. We couldn’t do this without the meaningful support of generous donors, like the Resident’s Association at Fernbrae Manor. Together, we are truly changing lives and empowering women to move forward into new lives free of abuse.
