Safeway donates turkeys!

Members of the Kelowna Club picked up 100 turkeys at the downtown Safeway last week on Tuesday, and delivered them to the Kelowna Food Bank.

This is the third year the Members, with the help of Safeway, have donated 100 turkeys for the Christmas food hampers.

Established in 1899 and Registered as a Society in 1904, the Club is one of the oldest chartered societies in Canada and older than the City of Kelowna itself.
