Green Thumb winners

The Communities in Bloom Committee has announced the winners for this year’s Green Thumb Awards. The winners were honoured during an award reception on Wednesday, Sept. 9. The awards recognize local individuals, businesses and communities that help beautify our city through their gardening and stewardship efforts.
