US Weekly magazine is reporting that ENRIQUE IGLESIAS has married longtime girlfriend, tennis star ANNA KOURNIKOVA, in a secret ceremony. According to the magazine, Kournikova was seen wearing a wedding ring on Sunday. When asked about it, she said, quote, "Enrique is great. Everything is awesome. We are married."
Spokespeople for the couple refused to comment on their marital status, but sources told US Weekly that Anna and Enrique tied the knot on the beach in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico a few weeks ago. The two have been dating since she appeared in his 2002 video for the song Escape.
The audience has spoken and they have said Survivor is beatable, at least in the US. With 21.6-million people spying on Wisteria Lane, Desperate Housewives managed to top the finale of Survivor: Vanuatu in last week's Nielsen ratings, marking the first time the last episode of any edition of the reality series did not win its time slot. The 19.7-million people who tuned in to watch CHRIS win the Survivor: Vanuatu prize also made it the lowest-watched finale in the franchise's history. However, North of the 49th, Survivor held onto its number one slot.
George Michael is fed up with Elton John's careless whispers. Elton ticked off his fellow divo in Heat mag last month when he said: "George is in a strange place. There seems to be a deep-rooted unhappiness in his life and it shows on the [latest] album. All I would say to George is: You should get out more."
George fired back by saying "Most of what Elton thinks he knows about my life is pretty much limited to the gossip he hears on what you would call the 'gay grapevine,' which, as you can imagine, is lovely stuff indeed." "Other than that, he knows that I don't like to tour, that I smoke too much pot, and that my albums still have a habit of going to No1 .."
