Return Of One Of Their Own

The Rotary Centre For The Arts is Pleased to Announce the Return of One of Their Own.

The Board of Directors, staff and volunteers of the Rotary Centre For The Arts (RCA), are pleased to announce that Carlyn Young will be rejoining their team as the Administrative, Facility Booking and Communications Coordinator.

Ms. Young returns to the RCA after a short departure just eleven months ago when she held the position of Administrative Coordinator. “I look very forward to returning to the Centre,” says Ms. Young. “There have been a lot of welcome changes and I’m anticipating a challenging and enjoyable return.”

Ms. Young has lived in the Kelowna area for six years and has worked for progressive companies such as Chapters Bookstore, Bridges.com and most recently the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board as Member Services Coordinator. Her duties in previous roles have included administration, writing, editing, and management.

Ms. Young’s responsibilities at the RCA will be centered primarily on communications, room bookings and administration.

A home for arts, music, education and entertainment in the Okanagan, the Rotary Centre For The Arts is located in the heart of Kelowna’s Cultural District. It is becoming a focal point in the growing downtown area, a place where people of all ages can meet, gain inspiration and learn about the arts.
