The Veronicas vow 'revenge' on Celebrity Apprentice during live show

Veronicas vow 'revenge'

The Veronicas' Lisa and Jessica Origliasso hit back at Celebrity Apprentice Australia executives during their concert in Brisbane at the weekend after insisting show bosses wrongly portrayed them as "entitled brats."

The siblings hit the stage as part of their Godzilla V Human tour, but it didn't take long for proceedings to turn towards their recent high-profile feuds.

Having recently appeared on the Channel Nine reality TV series, the pair criticized bosses over their "unfair" portrayal on the show, and dedicated their song Revenge Is Sweeter (Than You Ever Were) to them.

"I hope you pay your editors well for the souls they sell," they tweeted.

And during their recent gig, Lisa and Jess continued to spar with officials from the program, telling the crowd: "I would probably try and dedicate it to Qantas Airlines and talk some s**t on that but guess what? We have a new enemy.

"So this one goes out to Celebrity Apprentice," she concluded, to cheers from the audience, reported the Herald Sun newspaper.

In 2019, the 4ever singers were escorted off a Sydney to Brisbane flight by Qantas officials, who claimed they "were disruptive and refused to follow crew instructions."

The Veronicas insist they were unable to adjust their bags in an overhead locker and asked for help from Qantas staff, but were assisted by a fellow passenger instead when they refused.

At the time, Jess and Lisa tweeted "the police were called because we asked for the crew's names, and instead of giving them to us, they told us they were calling 'security'. We had no idea what was going on."

They were subsequently reinstated on a later flight.
