Nicole Kidman
Nicole Kidman, Alison Brie, and Cynthia Erivo have signed on to star in a new anthology series based on Cecilia Ahern's book of short stories, Roar.
The project will feature eight episodes, each told from a female point of view.
Kidman and Ahern are among the executive producers.
The book collection featured 30 short stories revolving around women exploring issues in their lives.
The series will reteam Brie with Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch, who created acclaimed female wrestling drama GLOW for Netflix.
Meanwhile, Kidman will reunite with producer Bruna Papandrea, who she worked with on Big Little Lies.
Roar will stream on Apple TV+.
