A Kelowna comedy show will benefit a local charity that helps families in need at Christmas.
Kelowna Comedy is partnering with Fresco Painting to raise money for KelownaSantas.com, a grassroots, volunteer initiative that strives to provide a better Christmas for less fortunate children in the Central Okanagan.
The Comedy For A Cause event takes place at Dakoda's Comedy Lounge on Friday, starting at 7 p.m.
One hundred per cent of the ticket sales will go directly to the cause.
Several of the comedians have been featured on Just For Laughs Northwest, Shaw TV's Comedy Is Fun Live, and the Okanagan Comedy Festival.
