Swollen Members are back

Juno winners Swollen Members will perform in Kelowna on March 30.

The Canadian hip-hop trio will play at Level Nightclub.

This will be one of the first Canadian shows for Swollen Members since reuniting last year to play with Ice-T, 2-Live Crew, ONYX, Merkules, and Insane Clown Posse.

Swollen Members are gearing up for the 20th anniversary of the release of their debut album, Balance, and they are releasing the new single Bank Job at the end of the month.

The group has been instrumental in putting Canadian hip-hop on the international map.

The Juno winners have multi-gold and platinum-selling hits over the span of their 11 albums.

They have collaborated with the likes of Tech N9ne, Saigon, Everlast, Dilated Peoples, Nelly Furtado, La Coka Nostra, Talib Kweli, Chali2na of Jurassic 5, Vinnie Paz of Jedi Mind Tricks and Apathy of Army Of The Pharaohs.

The band regrouped in 2009 after a four-year hiatus. During that time, Madchild and Prevail both launched successful solo efforts.
