Mary Poppins is ready to fly at the Kelowna Community Theatre from July 28 to Aug. 6.
The Kelowna Actors Studio was forced to move this production to the much larger theatre space of the Kelowna Community theatre so they could literally make the characters fly.
Special effects are being provided by Hall and Associates Flying Effects who are being brought in specifically to allow Mary Poppins to fly over the KCT stage and to help Bert to do some fancy footwork as well!
Flying characters are not the only magical part of this huge production which features a cast of 35 actors; however, you'll have to go to the show to see the magic for yourself as the cast and crew were not willing to show it on camera.
