CRIME:           THEFT OF TRUCK AND TRAILER

DATE:             January 25, 2020

RCMP FILE:   2020-4547

A truck and trailer disappeared from a location on the 400 block of Yates Road on the morning of January 25, 2020.  Both units were full of restoration tools including electric drills, hammer drills, table saws and tool chests.  Many of the tools have “H. Braun” engraved on them.  The truck is a red 2000 Ford F350 (VIN 1FTSX30F1YED73086) with a black canopy and roof rack.  The trailer is white 2010 Pace American box trailer with VIN 5VZUB1629AL008813.

CRIME:           ROBBERY WITH FIREARM

DATE:             January 25, 2020

RCMP FILE:   2020-4668

Kelowna RCMP members responded to a robbery at an adult store located on the 2400 block of Highway 97 North on January 25, 2020.   At 9:30 p.m. two men wearing dark clothing with covered faces entered the store, flashed a handgun, demanded cash and fled the store with the cash drawer in hand.  The two men are described as being approximately 5’8” tall with darker skin.  The male carrying the handgun had an eyebrow ring.  If you have any information on this robbery, please contact Kelowna RCMP GIS or Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers.
