CRIME:           MISCHIEF TO WINDOWS

DATE:             November 2, 2019

RCMP FILE:    2019-68802

A fitness instructor arrived to teach a class at the Beasley Community Centre on the morning of November 2, 2019 to find two broken windows.  The building was not entered; however, the window damage is estimated at approximately $1500.00.  The rocks found inside the building are quite substantial in size (about 6”) and caused damage to the walls on the opposite side of the room, suggesting that the rocks were launched with either a catapult or a large slingshot.  If you have information on who may have performed this senseless act, contact Lake Country RCMP or remain anonymous and contact Crime Stoppers.

If you know anything about this crime, or any other crime, call the Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers’ anonymous tips line at 1-800-222-TIPS or visit our website at www.crimestoppers.net.  Your information will be kept confidential and could lead to a reward of up to $2000.00.
