Some very valuable earrings went missing sometime this summer when Albertan visitors were in the Okanagan on holidays. A couple stayed at two different hotels while in town and the earrings were worn on July 17th for certain. Once the couple returned home in August they realized the earrings were not with them. If you have seen this pair of lovely pink sapphire earrings set in white gold made by designer Henri J. Sillam (stamped inside each hoop), please let us know!

CRIME: BREAK AND ENTER

On September 7th, 2019 RCMP were called to a break and enter at a hobby store on the 1800 block of Dilworth Drive. The door had been pried open and thieves loaded up a car with at least seven remote control vehicles (Traxxar and RC Pro). Video surveillance shows the break-in occurred at approximately 5:15 a.m. The suspect vehicle is a dark coloured Dodge Charger and the two suspects made quick work of loading the $ 2,000 worth of goods.
