CRIME:          THEFT OF WIRE

DATE:            June 26, 2019

RCMP FILE:  2019-37456

On June 26, 2019 a business located near Highway 97 and Glenrosa Road were the victim of a theft.  At approximately 2:30 a.m., while staff were on a break, an unknown dually pickup pulled up to the business and stole a large spool of industrial copper wire (similar to power line thickness). The wire is valued at $2000 - $3000. Suspects were able to get the spool into their truck by rolling it off a platform. Due to the weight and drop, the spool would have possibly damaged the truck in the cargo area.

You can help catch these suspects and qualify for a reward by calling Crime Stoppers’ anonymous tips line at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or visit our website at www.crimestoppers.net.
