Kelowna RCMP and the City of Kelowna Graffiti coordinator are asking your help to identify this person of interest suspected in a series of identical graffiti tags marked around the city. A witness watched as the suspect allegedly spray-painted a hydro pole on the 700 block of Lawrence Avenue on April 30, 2019, at approximately 2:35 p.m. Crime Stoppers and the City of Kelowna have collaborated to erase nuisance graffiti. The owner of a business located on the 2100 block of Hwy 33 E in Kelowna called RCMP at 6:14 a.m. on May 21st, 2019 when he located a male about to steal a vehicles from his property. The male fled when confronted but surveillance video was viewed which shows two males at the property just before 5:00 a.m. and leaving with a green 2017 Polaris General side-by-side ATV (with VIN 3NSRGE990HH870106 and license 7B6214). They soon returned to push three older dirt bikes out of the yard to a waiting vehicle.
