CRIME: Armed Robbery at Extra Foods
DATE: August 10, 2006
RCMP FILE: 2006-41887


On August 10, 2006, at approximately 1:10 PM, a man entered Extra Foods on Gordon Drive and demanded money stating that he had a gun. The man fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as a white male, 35-40 years of age, 5’7” to 5’10” tall and had dark hair with several days growth. He was wearing a two tone green long sleeved sweater with thick horizontal stripes and dark pants and shoes.

CRIME: Break, Enter and Theft at Red Robin Restaurant
Date: August 10, 2006
RCMP FILE: 2006-41825


A window was smashed at Red Robin Restaurant located at 1920 Cooper Road in the wee hours of the morning of August 10. The safe and liquor room were broken into and thieves got away with some cash and liquor.
