CRIME:            BREAK AND ENTER/MISCHIEF

DATE:              November 14, 2017

RCMP FILE:    2017-68404

The caretaker of the Lakewood Mall on Highway 97 N in Lake Country called RCMP at 5:15 a.m. on November 14th, 2017 to report a break and enter to the building.   Some damage was caused to the interior of the mall and a restaurant was entered and rummaged through. No money was taken but likely some beer and wine was.  A witness noticed a man exiting the building and entering the neighbouring Tim Horton’s asking patrons for taxi money.  The man seemed quite disoriented.  If you recognize this person of interest please contact Crime Stoppers or Lake Country RCMP.
