RCMP FILE:     2017-38792

On July 11th the builder of a home under construction on the 3500 block of Glover Road in West Kelowna reported that the site was entered during the night.   The doors and windows were discovered unlocked in the morning with a pile of laminate and tools left at the front door indicating the thieves must have been interrupted mid-job.  They were able to leave with an assortment of tools including a Ridgid jigsaw, a Roberts undercut saw and a DeWalt bag of tools.   The thieves also took 30 boxes of SoReal Chalet 12 mm laminate flooring.   It is believed they used scaffolding to access the building through an unlocked upper floor window.
