CRIME: Break, Enter and Theft at Jackson Court
DATE: March 26, 2006

Residents in the 11 hundred block of Jackson Court are without wheels. Thieves broke into a shed on the property sometime March 25 or the next day and stole two bicycles. One is a blue Ironhorse Warrior Pro, the other a silver Giant XTC 4.

CRIME: Attempted Break and Enter on Barkley Road
Date: March 23, 2006
RCMP FILE: 2006-13165


It appears a resident on Barkley Road returned home just before 7:30 a.m. March 23 to thwart a would-be thief. Someone had removed a patio door and placed it alongside the house, but did not enter the home.

CRIME: Stolen Vehicle Attempt at Winfield Arena
Date: March 25, 2006
RCMP FILE: 2006-13582


Sometime between noon and 3:30 p.m. on March 25, someone tried to make off with a 1993 Ford Aerostar van. It was parked at the Winfield Arena on Bottom Wood Lake Road. Although the passenger door lock was damaged, there were no items taken from the vehicle.
