Crime Stoppers is asking the publics assistance in locating the following male who is wanted on several Provincial wide warrants. As of June 14th at 08:50 hrs, Richard Francis CLARKE, (BD 1960-Dec-27), is wanted in Vernon on four counts of theft under $5000.00 and two counts of Breach of undertaking.

CLARKE is described as a white male, 44 years old, 183cm or 6’ 0” tall and weighs 182 lbs or 82 kgs, with black hair and hazel eyes.

Crime Stoppers is asking anyone with any information as to where Clarke can be located to contact them at 1-800-222-tips (8477)

Crime Stoppers pays up to $2000.00 for information the leads to an arrest or the recovery of stolen property or drugs.
