Central Okanagan Search and Rescue (COSAR) members were called out to help locate two males who had gone exploring on the back roads around Beaver Lake.
RCMP say the pair called to ask for assistance when they became disoriented and could not find their way out of the area.
COSAR was dispatched at 5:45 a.m. Saturday. They were assisted by the Civil Air Search and Rescue Association (CASARA).
Search teams were on the back roads when the men were located.
At approximately 8:15 a.m. the males managed to drive out of the area between the search teams and they were found by the search manager setting up the staging area.
The males were in good health after their night outdoors. COSAR responded with eight members, two response trucks and one aircraft from CASARA.
