Here are the best places at TRU to stop by and grab a fun gift for someone on your list, or maybe even a little something for yourself.

Don’t be deceived by your bookstore memories of buying dry textbooks for classes. This holiday season they have plenty of fun gifts for anyone on your list. Show off your university pride with a TRU tacky Christmas sweater ($24.99), or stay warm with a cozy pom-pom toque from Britt’s Knits ($12.99).

Other bookstore highlights include beautiful editions of classic novels like Les Miserables and Hans Christian Andersen’s Complete Fairy Tales, as well as TRU teddy bears and ornaments.

ESTR’s Market

Second-floor Old Main

This TRU staple is an awesome place to find unique gifts from local vendors and artisans. Some of the highlights include handmade soaps, jewellery, Christmas tree ornaments and baked goods.

ESTR’s Market will reopen in the new year for all of your shopping needs. They will also be serving lunch on select Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout the semester. Check out the events calendar for the 2019 opening day.
