QHR Lands Asian Deal

Kelowna based QHR Software Group Inc. and Optimed Software Corporation have entered into an Exclusive Marketing and Licensing Agreement
with Logician Technologies Inc. (“Logician”) to market and deploy Quadrant HR™ and Accuro™ software in Hong Kong, China, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Macau, Thailand and other countries in the licensed territory of Asia. Quadrant HR™ and Accuro™ software is scheduling software for the health care industry.

Logician is a Vancouver based company partnering with Asian business associates to find, develop and work on the translation of electronic administration software from Canadian sources that can be adapted for use within the Asian community.

Given that employees and patients are common to all societies, Accuro™ and Quadrant HR™ are ripe for introduction into the Asian marketplace. The agreement is a key part of the QHR's initiative to globalize its products in other regions of the world.

Under the terms of the Agreement, the QHR will receive 4,000,000 common shares of Logician (approx. 20%) and a management fee of CDN$1,000,000. The management fee will be payable on the completion of various milestones over the next year. QHR will receive additional management fees calculated at 30% of Logician’s revenues derived from marketing initiatives for Accuro™ and Quadrant HR™. It will also receive revenues from Logician’s
customers for design work, implementation and support services.
