Real Estate Sales Up Again

Our local real estate market just keeps rolling in June with 586 total sales, up 7.3% over June 2004. Residential sales were up 10% totaling 275.

Multi family condo and town home sales still accounted for almost a third of the board sales due to demographics and affordability.

Average sale price for the month dipped down slightly to $334,084.

Our real estate board area has 109 residential listings over a million dollars, specifically 80 of those in the Central Okanagan.
