Six Vees players named to BCHL prospects game

Six Vees in top prospects

A handful of Penticton Vees players have caught the eye of the BC Hockey League, with six of them named on Thursday for the 2023 BCHL Top Prospects Game.

Defencemen Gabriel Guilbault and Ryan Hopkins, along with forwards Hiroki Gojsic, Bradly Nadeau, Josh Nadeau, and Aydar Suniev will suit up for Team East.

Vees’ President, General Manager & Head Coach Fred Harbinson will lead Team East as Head Coach.

The Top Prospects Game, featuring Team West versus Team East, is set for Friday, Jan. 20, at the SOEC with the puck drop at 6 p.m.

The game is part of the BCHL’s 60 Anniversary All-Star Weekend in Penticton, which runs from January 20-21.

Tickets are now on sale for the Top Prospects game, which are just $5. Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult. Vees’ Season Ticket Members get free tickets, based on their Season Ticket package.
