The Vernon Vipers are hoping to stop a losing slump tonight when they face the visiting Merritt Centennials.
The Vipers have lost their last four and not scored a goal on their last three outings, but hope the big guns will let loose tonight at Kal Tire Place.
The Snakes have lost their lost four contests for a 3-6-0 record in the Interior Division of the BC Hockey League.
Earlier in the week, the Vipers added some help for puck stopper Max Palaga, adding 19-year-old goaltender Reilly Herbst from the USHL.
Herbst is expected to be with his new team for this weekends set of games.
Win or lose, the Vipers will have little time to rest this weekend as they host the Chilliwack Chiefs Saturday.
