A 65-year-old man has died following a single-car collision in East Vancouver Sunday night.
Vancouver Police say the driver was heading west near Nootka Street and East 6th Avenue about 7:35 p.m. when his Chevrolet Malibu suddenly veered off the road and struck a pole.
The man reportedly went into medical distress and died after being taken to hospital.
The VPD is asking witnesses, or anyone with dash-cam video of the crash to contact the Collision Investigation Unit at 604-717-3012.
