A 42-year-old man was stabbed Sunday in Vancouver's Granville Street Entertainment District and suffered life-threatening injuries.
About 9:40 p.m., officers patrolling the area near Granville and Smithe streets were flagged by the victim following the attack, Vancouver Police say.
The victim was rushed to hospital with serious injuries but is expected to recover.
The VPD believes the victim and the suspect know each other. An investigation is ongoing.
