Highway 1 is now open west of Three Valley Gap in both directions 20 west of Revelstoke.
UPDATE: 10:50 p.m.
Highway 1 near Three Valley Gap is reduced to single lane, alternating traffic after downed hydro lines.
DriveBC says the section is 4.2 kilometres long.
Estimated time of opening not available, but the next update is expected at 11:30 p.m.

A section of Highway 1 near Revelstoke is closed on Sunday evening.
DriveBC reported the closure at 10 p.m. stating downed hydro lines caused the closure, west of Three Valley Gap.
“Estimated opening time unavailable, assessment in progress,” says a spokesperson for DriveBC.
There is no detour available and travellers should expect major delays and congestion.
The next update from DriveBC is expected at 11 p.m.
