Continued avalanche control is planned this morning west of Revelstoke, with more closures while the work is done.

Compact snow, slushy with slippery sections were reported as of 5:30 a.m. between Sicamous and Glacier National Park.

Meanwhile, on Highway 3, snow deposit removal continued overnight at Kootenay Pass. The route was closed at midnight but expected to reopen at 7 a.m.

Compact snow, slushy and foggy sections are reported on the Okanagan Connector.
