Charges in deadly bus crash

Charges have been laid almost a full year after a deadly tour bus crash in downtown Vancouver.

The bus slammed into pedestrians outside Canada Place last August, killing one and seriously injuring another.

The driver, Patrick Campbell, 63, has been charged with driving a motor vehicle without due care.

Tourist Michael Plevyak, 49, was killed in the crash.

The related victims were trapped under the bus in the collision.

The Vancouver Trolley Company bus was a free shuttle to the Capilano suspension bridge.
