An accused SkyTrain bully made his first court appearance on Wednesday.
Matthew Chris Limowski is accused of assaulting a 42-year-old woman rushing to board a train, pushing her dangerously close to the tracks at a New Westminster station earlier this year.
Transit Police say the woman accidentally bumped into the suspect, who was seen on surveillance video throwing his coffee at her and pushing her to the platform floor.
The woman fell backwards and hit her head on the platform, suffering minor injuries.
Limowski was arrested in May, after police released video of the incident.
He also faces a separate trial next week in Port Coquitlam on a theft charge.
He's set to return to court July 25 in the SkyTrain case.
