Searchers continue to look for a kayaker who hasn't been since Monday on Vancouver Island.
The 56-year-old man set off from Becher Bay in East Sooke Monday afternoon, witnesses say.
He was on a red, sit-on-top style kayak, which was found at Hoskyn Point Tuesday afternoon.
RCMP and Juan de Fuca Search and Rescue crews are searching an area of about 1,000 square kilometres.
