A 52-year-old man lost control of his vehicle and rolled it into the ditch on April 19 in Anglemont.
Chase RCMP and fire crews were called to the scene at about 7:30 p.m. Estate Place.
After failing a roadside screen police determined the man had consumed alcohol before driving his vehicle and handed him a 90-day immediate roadside driving prohibition.
His vehicle was also impounded for 30 days.
The man did not suffer any injuries.
