Rasta motoring to TV show

The Rusty Rasta is taking his passion for cars to the small screen.

Mike Hall, aka Rasta Man, is looking for people who want to have their classic cars restored, all in front of a camera.

Hall became a bit of a local celebrity last year when he decided to sell his property, which included hundreds of classic cruisers in various states of repair.

Hall, who earned the nickname Rasta because of his long dreadlocks, has been collecting cars for more than 40 years.

According to a Facebook page, Hall is looking for car enthusiasts for a TV show.

Hall told Castanet he could not comment and the show's producer could not be reached.

The Facebook page states: “Do you dream of owning a fully restored classic car? Do you want to be featured (along with your car) on a major new TV series? You can choose from one of 400+ cars sitting on our lot, or bring us your own car.”

The post then gives people a chance to sign up for the show.
