Highway 1 has reopened following an earlier rock slide.
Both directions are now open.

Highway 1 is closed in both directions a few kilometres south of Boston Bar near Hell's Gate.
DriveBC says rocks are on the road, and crews are on scene.
Reports from witnesses indicate there was a rock slide.
Suggested alternate routes are Highway 5 and Highway 8.
A new assessment is expected at 3 p.m.
