A 73-year-old man has been charged in a double homicide in Vancouver's West End.
A 73-year-old man has been charged with two counts of murder in the July 9 double homicide in Vancouver's West End.
Police found the bodies of 57-year-old Sandra McInnes and 51-year-old Neil Croker in an apartment building at 1835 Morton Avenue on the Sunday afternoon.
While two suspects were initially taken into custody, they were released “pending further investigation.”
Leonard Landrick was arrested Monday night and charged with two counts of second-degree murder.
Police have not disclosed if the victims and accused knew each other, but they all lived in the building where the two victims were found.
Landrick has no prior criminal record in B.C.
