Salmon Arm RCMP responded to a home on Eagle Bay, Thursday, when a man was found dead.
About 4 p.m., police and paramedics were called to the residence, where the 68-year-old man had been working outside the home, on a ladder.
He was found lying on the ground by co-workers.
WorkSafe BC and the B.C. Coroners Service are investigating, and foul play is not suspected.
The man's name is being withheld until next of kin are notified.
