Kelowna-Lake Country MLA Norm Letnick presents a $35,000 grant to Carr’s Landing Coun. Matt Vader, Okanagan Centre Coun. Blair Ireland, Councillor-at-large Bill Scarrow, and Oyama Coun. Owen Dickie.
Improvements are coming to the Pioneer Park playground in Oyama.
Kelowna-Lake Country MLA Norm Letnick has delivered a $35,000 grant to the District of Lake Country, to be used for short-term projects and activities in the community.
“By prudently managing the province's finances, we were able to identify funds from within existing budgets that can provide this one-time support,” said Letnick. “Pioneer Park is enjoyed by many local families, and it’s important that we maintain a fun, safe play area for kids.”
