On Feb. 21, Osoyoos RCMP arrested Donald Bryce Lyons at his residence after his parole was revoked and a Canada wide warrant was issued for his arrest.
Lyons, previously linked to the Independent Soldiers, was arrested without incident and is currently being held in custody
Lyons is serving an eight year sentence for various drug, violence, and weapons offences out of Winnipeg and Kelowna and was recently released on parole and living in Osoyoos at the time of his arrest.
