Oliver firefighters responded to an electrical fire underneath a mobile home Wednesday night.
According to Oliver Fire Department spokesman Rob Graham, they were called out about 9:20 p.m. to the fire in the 5000 block of Sawmill Road.
The fire would have been more extensive if no one was home at the time, but the occupants were there and attempted to extinguish the blaze.
When firefighters arrived, they checked out the situation to ensure there weren't flames anywhere else.
Graham estimates they were on scene for about 45 minutes making sure everything was OK. The RCMP, B.C. Ambulance and FortisBC also responded.
There were no reported injuries and no significant damage to the mobile home.
The cause is believed to be electrical.
