The Overlanders Bridge in Kamloops is closed in both directions due a serious crash, police said.
There's no estimate on when the bridge could reopen, as Kamloops RCMP is advising drivers to use alternate routes until further notice.
Police haven't provided any additional details of the incident.
Unconfirmed reports indicate the collision involved a motorcycle. Cameras show first responders attending to someone on the south end of the bridge.
Overlanders Bridge connects the North Shore to the downtown and southwest areas of the city, overtop of the Thompson River.
